Investigation of the Effect of 6-Week Fitness Study on Motorical and Technical Skills in Volleyball Players

Aim: The aim of the study is to examine effects 6-week fitness exercises on motor skills and technical in young volleyball players. Methods: Twelve athletes (average age 15,7±0,9 year) with a minimum 2-year license participated this voluntarily. Before after study, plank, curl-up, push-up standing long jump motoric performances athletes, as well volleyball-specific spike, serve forearm pass were tested. Players randomly divided into two groups experiment control. In addition training for 6 weeks, experimental group did 30 minutes 3 days week, while control continued training. ANOVA test repeated measures SPSS program used anlysis. Results: There was no difference between terms pretest measurements. But there statistically positive result push-ups (pretest: 10,1±2,7 rep., posttest: 12,1±2,1 rep.) curl up 32,1±4,4 40,1±5,6 plank tests 64,1±5,4 sec., 109,1±10,3 sec.) group. Control showed push scores only 8,1±3,2 10,8±2,4 rep). When post are examined, it observed that statically found plunk favor (experiment: sec. , control: 87,8±16,1sec.). Conclusion: As study;6-week strength had significant players' push-ups, planks. On other hand, not have effect jump, service While can be suggested these trainings applied skill development, may necessary do longer period time development.
